Terms of Service

AAIIX (American AI Infrastructure Exchange) is an infrastructure inventory search, aggregation, monitoring, and research platform. AAIIX organizes publicly available information from suppliers, dealers, marketplaces, and other sources and provides links to the original listings where that equipment is offered.

Equipment listings shown on AAIIX originate from independent third parties. AAIIX does not own, possess, manufacture, inspect, certify, or sell any equipment shown on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. A supplier's appearance in the AAIIX Supplier Directory reflects publicly listed inventory and does not indicate a partnership, affiliation, or endorsement by AAIIX.

AAIIX works to keep information current and source-backed, but does not guarantee that pricing, specifications, quantity, condition, location, availability, seller information, or other listing information is complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify important information directly with the original seller before making purchasing or procurement decisions.

Where AAIIX uses the term “Source Verified” or similar terminology, it means AAIIX has checked listing information against its original public source. It does not mean that AAIIX has independently inspected, tested, certified, or warranted the equipment, the seller, or any transaction. Source verification is a data-checking step, not an inspection or endorsement.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all activity conducted through their accounts. AAIIX may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

AAIIX may offer Free, Pro, Enterprise, or other plans. Paid features, pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and applicable taxes are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms shown during a purchase, the purchase terms control with respect to that transaction.

Users may use AAIIX for legitimate infrastructure research, sourcing, procurement, and related business purposes. Users may not interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, misuse accounts, conduct unlawful activity, or systematically extract, scrape, copy, or republish AAIIX's database in violation of applicable rights or these Terms.

AAIIX does not claim ownership of third-party product listings, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, or other third-party content shown on the platform. Such content remains the property of its respective owners where applicable.

AAIIX's proprietary rights relate to its software, branding, interface, database organization, and original platform features. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use AAIIX's branding or proprietary elements except as expressly permitted.

AAIIX links to external websites and sellers. AAIIX is not responsible for third-party websites, transactions, products, shipping, payment, warranties, representations, or any agreements between users and third parties. Users interact with third parties at their own risk and should review the terms and policies of those third parties.

Finding equipment through AAIIX does not guarantee that it remains available, that it satisfies a project's requirements, or that a transaction will be completed. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence and purchasing decisions.

AAIIX may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue platform functionality at any time, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

AAIIX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAIIX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and the information it contains, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAIIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the foregoing limitations may not apply to the extent they are prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

AAIIX may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on this page. Continued use of AAIIX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
